Positive Intelligence 8 Week PQ Program

I am finally holding this valuable program I have discussed with many of you. I hope you will find the pricing fair and that you will be able to join in for the last dates I will be holding this year. Honestly, my next program date start will probably not be until a year from now. I intentionally have it ending before the Thanksgiving holiday. Couples have had great success going through this program together.

PQ Program Design

  • Adjust away from the negative mental patterns that limit your potential (you may have defined these through EMDR)

  • Build “Self-Command” which allows you to gain control over your reations and become more centered, less challenge (CBT)

  • Strengthen “Sage” Powers of empathy, creativity, focus, purposeful action, connection, clarity and more (Centered Self)

  • A deeper dive into “parts” work and the parts of you that you are ready to have move aside (IFS)


Weekly Commitment

Daily App Usage PQ reps and mini Focused Challenges (12 minutes minimum per day, more if you choose)

Listen to the hour video by Shirzad (posted Friday’s and you have until Tuesday to listen to the hour video)

Continuous messaging with your optional pod ~ up to your availability (Although groups can be intimidating for some, it is a value part of what this program and quite frankly an important component of the design. Is all about to inspire discussion, growth and to know you are not alone in your situation. Also, it is for accountability and inspiration.) This can be done in pairs, WhatsApp group, or in person.

Week 1 Sept 26: Self-Command ~ Quiet your mind and allow yourself to refocus and ground quickly and often throughout your day.

Week 2 Oct 3: Intercept the Judge~ Explore how we judge ourselves and others in order to shift towards a more positive mindset.

Week 3 Oct 10: Accomplice Saboteur~ Replace negative mental patterns with Self-Command.

Week 4 Oct 16: Empathize~ Shift from judgment to compassion using the Empathize Sage Power.

Week 5 Oct 23: Sage Perspective, Explore and Innovate~ Learn to accept or convert any challenge into a gift or opportunity.

Week 6 Oct 30: Active~ Take decisive purposeful action in your life.

Week 7 Nov 7: Navigate~ Apply all Five Sage Powers to long-term decisions and daily life.

Week 8 Nove 14: Application bonus material OPTIONAL


Wiley’s Role

I will post occasional YouTube added explanations about the content or additional bonus work to do to enhance the program. I have found it takes a dip in week 4 so I will help keep momentum. I will be part of pods to see activity yet not be a participant.

I am available for individual or couples therapy sessions at my office.

I will do individual check in’s during the course via a WhatsApp Message.


Pricing

$550 per person for the course ($68.75 per week)

$500 if you sign up as a pair ($62.50 per week)

$450 for Veterans ($56.25 per week)

Can pay in full or 1/2 to sign up and 1/2 at week 4 or any other payment plan needed.

I have put the costs as low as I can to try to accomadate everyone. I stand by this value as being less than the cost of weekly therapy and with a high gain in self growth. Additionally, we can weave the insights from the program into individual sessions if you are a client.

Right when you sign up you will have access to the course so you will get that extra time using the app.

14 day grace period to cancel

If you are not enjoying the program you have 14 days from the program start date (Sept 19th) to cancel the course, and will be fully refunded.

Saboteur Assessment

Saboteurs are the useful ways we tend to “go to” in performing or reacting in life. They can be seen as parts of ourselves we are that is not our fully grounded true self. These sabateurs or parts tend to hold us back from being who we want to be with added success, improved relationships and increased comfort and joy.

Brain Work

I focus on EMDR as a therapist which works with neuroplasicity and trusting your brain to do the work and healing. I am finding that the PQ program can work in tandem or following EMDR depending on the clients readiness. It is all about recreating neuropathways and strengthening the ones you want in your life. Both EMDR and PQ work on this.

Group Work

Especially after 2020 there seems to be a lack in group work. This program offers the opportunity to connect with an intimate group to support through this growth process, either in-person or virtually depending what is available.

EMDR is the therapy working with the past to change the now and the future. And, PQ works on the now and what can be simply modified to adjust how we are in the now and in our future.
