PQ Program Design

  • Weaken the negative mental patterns that limit your potential (you may have defined these through EMDR)

  • Build “Self-Command”which allows you to gain control over your reations and become more centered, less challenge.

  • Strengthen “Sage” Powers of empathy, creativity, focus, purposeful action, connection, clarity and more.


Weekly Commitment

Daily App Usage PQ reps and mini Focused Challenges (12 minutes minimum per day, more if you choose)

Continuous messaging with your optional pod ~ up to your availability (Although groups can be intimidating for some, it is a value part of what this program and quite frankly an important component of the design. is all about to inspire discussion, growth and to know you are not alone in your situation. Also, it is for accountability and inspiration.)


Schedule

Week 0: Get access to the PQ app and learn to navigate, Meet in WhatsApp Group

Week 1: Self-Command ~ Quiet your mind and allow yourself to refocus and ground quickly and often throughout your day.

Week 2: Intercept the Judge~ Explore how we judge ourselves and others in order to shift towards a more positive mindset.

Week 3: Accomplice Saboteur~ Replace negative mental patterns with Self-Command.

Week 4: Empathize~ Shift from judgment to compassion using the Empathize Sage Power.

Week 5: Sage Perspective, Explore and Innovate~ Learn to accept or convert any challenge into a gift or opportunity.

Week 6: Active~ Take decisive purposeful action in your life.

Week 7: Navigate~ Apply all Five Sage Powers to long-term decisions and daily life.

Week 8: Application bonus material

Wiley’s Role

I will post weekly YouTube added explanations about the content or additional bonus work to do to enhance the program. I have found it takes a dip in week 4 so I will help keep momentum. I will be part of pods to see activity yet not be a participant.

I am available for individual or couples therapy sessions.

I will do individual check in’s during the course via a WhatsApp Message.

Saboteurs are the useful ways we tend to “go to” in performing or reacting in life. Though they also tend to hold us back from being who we want to be with added success, improved relationships and increased comfort and joy.

Brain Work

I focus on EMDR as a therapist which works with neuroplasicity and trusting your brain to do the work and healing. I am finding that the PQ program can work in tandem or following EMDR depending on the clients readiness. It is all about recreating neuropathways and strengthening the ones you want in your life. Both EMDR and PQ work on this.

Group Work

Especially after 2020 there seems to be a lack in group work. This program offers the opportunity to connect with an intimate group to support through this growth process, either in-person or virtually depending what is available.

EMDR is the therapy working with the past to change the now and the future. And, PQ works on the now and what can be simply modified to adjust how we are in the now and in our future.
